We the Kids... {celebrating constitution day}

We learned about The Constitution today.

First, we watched a short movie clip from this book:

Then we had a great discussion about WHY it is important to have a promise to each other to ensure that everyone can be happy and safe here at school.

We wrote our class constitution.
Sounds good to me!

And made these beautiful portraits as a way to say we'd abide by our new constitution.

LOVE, LOVE, LOVE hearing my students read our constitution...

  1. So great! Your kids applied the constitution to themselves. I LOVE the portraits!

  2. This is SO cute. Totally appropriate for kindergarten. I loved hearing them read it. Thanks for sharing.

  3. In the wake of checking the school's accreditation, it is best to peruse through the CDL course layout and length of the preparation. A decent school ought to give no less than a few weeks of serious preparing to business drivers. Check Cashing San-diego
