Cooking in Kindergarten: Cinnamon Dough Letters

Today's cooking activity was a HUGE HIT!
The students loved making Cinnamon Dough Letters today.

As the children ate they marveled:

"This is the BEST cinnamon roll I have eaten in my entire life!"

"I looooooooove kindergarten!"

"I can't believe we made these. They are sooooooo good!"

and one of my favorites,

"I bet Chef Boyardee would really make these good if he tried!"

Here's the recipe:

Cinnamon Dough Letters

Recipe written by Mrs. Raymore. She suggests that you buy small frozen dough balls (like Rhodes) for this recipe.
